Return Conditions
Timeframe: Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact—swing tags must not be removed.
Documentation: Please include the completed Returns Form to ensure swift processing.
How to Return
Prepare Your Item: Carefully repackage the product in its original box or equivalent protective packaging.
Ship with Care: Return your parcel via a trackable courier service. We recommend returning in person at a post office and retaining your proof of postage.
Confirmation & Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
Important Notes
To ensure eligibility, please do not remove any original tags. We are unable to accept returns without full labeling.
